API key keeps changing

Hey,

My API key changes the moment I copy it from my OpenAI account and use it in an API call.

I am storing it in a private GitHub repository to make it easier to access for myself.

I am calling the API inside GitPod.

Is this because OpenAI “has detected that it has leaked publicly”? How do they detect or look for that?

I’m having the same problem! Just prototyping an app, and the API changes multiple times a day. Not sure what the pattern is yet…
