Every request using the node SDK with streaming on I am getting:
An error occurred while processing your request. You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at ``help.openai.com`` if the error persists. Please include the request ID wfr_XXXX in your message.
anyone else with similar experience?
Not this issue specifically but may be related to my similar-ish issue All Background Tasks on Responses API producing completely empty output array across all prompts where all background mode tasks aren’t returning. My understanding is that they are similar workstreams. Just commenting this to bump both of these issues.
Seems to be back to normal for me now!
