Whenever the response completes, a seemingly pointless popup flag on the top right shows up. I want to get rid of it.
I came here to see if anyone else was bothered by this annoying feature lol At least add an option in settings to get rid of it 
Me too. Super annoying and no way to get rid of it
I also don’t like the popup message; it doesn’t seem to bring much value to the interface.
As of now, it seems I solved it locally by blocking the corresponding HTML element using Block elements feature of Brave.
