When I try to generate Vue code, ChatGPT always displays a blank code box. What’s going on?

I am seeing the exact issue too, mostly for XML blocks. The issue seem to have started today

Even incorrect language is tagged. php for xml, and swift for plaintext.

Yes, also posted elsewhere. Problems generating a Makefile, Java code, Manifest XML and much more. Seems to be a problem with code generally - it started on me yesterday.
