I have a chatbot that uses the assitent api that I integrated to a page and sometimes in rare occasions it doesn’t answer me anything, some ideas are error handling if it doesn’t answer anything, jump an automatic message, increase the waiting time but I don’t know how to do it and I can’t find anyone that has talked about it.
