Hello! Am building an AI coaching app. I’ve managed to get a conversation mode, but the app keeps repeating itself, is there some standards you can feed the AI, so it’s don’t keep repeating the same information.
Can you create rules in the chat? so one rule can be “stop coming up with the same idea if you have already said it”

Adding rules inside the prompt like "don't repeat advice already given" or "avoid repeating the same point in different words" can help reduce repetition quite a bit.
