Add Speed Control (Up to 3x) for Read Aloud Feature

I would like the Read Aloud feature to have a speed control option that allows playback up to 3x speed. Instead of only having preset speed buttons like WhatsApp (e.g., 1x, 1.5x, 2x), it would be much better to include a slider-based control like YouTube for finer adjustments. However, preset speed buttons should still be available for quick switching.

The ideal setup would include:

  1. A slider (for precise speed adjustments up to 3x).

  2. Preset speed buttons (for quick switching, like 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 3x).

This combination would make speed control much more flexible and user-friendly.
