Why don’t you guys create a support channel for those users?
Your support staff barely answer our emails.
Let others know the current situation, maybe they’ll think twice before deciding to subscribe. I don’t see any notice/question on https://help.openai.com discussing why subscribers can’t access your service or why many accounts (mine included) are just gone.
Things happen, this is a new platform/service, but let people know when they subscribe that it might happen to them as well and if they still agree to subscribe, fine!
Firstly, there isn’t a contact method listed at https://help.openai.com. Chat support is here: OpenAI API, and email support is support@openai[dot]com. But I haven’t seen any evidence of human existence/assistance in the live chat window. It says “Get in touch with an OpenAI support specialist” above the bottom-right “Chat with us” link, but I’ve sent several messages (incl. feedback, bug reports, and payment issues) over the past 3 weeks (along w/ several emails) and still can’t get a single response. I’m paying for the Plus version too and still can’t speak to a human.
I already fried doing that. I havr no history since the past 4 days. Will some reply to these issues ? How do we get help ? The status page shpws all systems operational when its clearly not. Can SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
