I am just a user. Not IT literate, so what I am going to complain about will not make sense. For 3 days, it was telling me that it can copy the text from word document onto word text box as a flashcard. It was reporting how many it had created. We are talking about 3-4 hrs. I already requested to save all created word files and place then into a folder. When I asked to show me some samples, it suggested to wait till it gets it done. After 4 hrs it reported that no word file has been created nor saved. Yesterday I let it be deceived about something else and so on in past 3 days. Why? Why? 3.5 version is much more reliable and straight forward, it can ot can’t execute the task. This new one,lol, really unreliable. So, I am going to stop subscription. If anyone would comment on this, I would highly appreciate
