Hi all. I’m trying to use OpenAI SIP server from a Freeswitch PBX on my side, but every time i redirect the call to the sip server, i get a 400 Bad invite error (or something similiar). The webhook works, tested from the developer console.
How can I troubleshoot this ? There no log/trace/debug openai side, the call is dropped with no details.

I don’t think so, but i’m not a freeswitch or sip expert to troubleshoot this better, it’s just a proof of concept but i’m unable to make the call.

We are also having this issue. I tried emailing OpenAI support but their email AI kseps saying there is no outtage and the issue must be our network. UGH
OpenAI has finally acknoledged the issue after 12+ hours:
Small OT for the italians here: which voice do you use ? I can see that are almost all male, Cedar is the best one I think, but I need a female and the one provided by openai are very ugly. (Gemini/Google has wonderful voices, but latency is high, 2-3-4-5 seconds,….)
