4.1 prone to hallucinating sources

Hello,
it appears that ChatGPT 4.1 is especially prone to hallucinating sources.
Especially recently in the past few days I’ve noticed that I get hallucinated sources at the end of the output very frequently. Even with fake URLs sometimes.
4.5 didn’t have this issue, neither did 4o.

Anyone else noticed that?
