I am a DevOps Engineer with strong backend Python skills. I am a total AI/ML noob though so I am here to learn, and then hopefully help others once I gain some more competence using OpenAI.

I am currently working on a project to help my legally blind wife run her 2 childcare businesses. The thing she struggles with most is responding to emails. I am building an app in AWS which embeds an audio transcription of the email into the top, then uses OpenAI API to classify the email so that it can be triaged.

After the MVP is finished, I would like to expand the functionality to also generate automatic responses to simple questions like parents asking what their child needs to bring, or schedule confirmations.
