I’m the head of Brego.com and the creator of Trendsetic.com, the world’s first trend discovery and shopping tool. As a 52 year old BIPOC startup, I face many barriers to entry. GPT-3 has helped me level the playing field in many ways, and this coming year I plan to incorporate the API into our Semantic Network and do a social media “Layover” to help people interact with social media in a more responsible way.

My Trendsetic system is based on “cultural traits” instead of superficial criteria such as age, looks and socioeconomic status. I’ve been dreaming of this idea since 2008 and recently minted an NFT related to the method. Trendsetic is also a great learning tool, and I hope to use it for good, such as trending important topics like endangered species.

To help explore my biracial heritage, I wrote a short comedy about King Edward abdicating his throne in 1941 to have an affair and marry Hattie McDaniel. The story is aimed to hold a mirror up to society, so they can see the problem existed long before Harry met Meghan.

I also wrote a screenplay about an Andalusian Vampire (Moorish vampire) and his family of dysfunctional keepers. As a Biracial Black filmmaker, I’m hoping AI will help me compete in the industry and bring my stories to life. I don’t want to rely too heavily on AI, but the insights and feedback I receive while writing are invaluable. I’m also looking to use AI on a rewrite, storyboarding and visualizing.
