As of this post time, Widgets are not rendering for Plugins/Apps invoked in the Chat GPT Mobile App for already launched Apps/Plugins. I tested my App in both iPhone and Android Phone, and then tested Expedia and widgets don’t render for either. Widgets are rendering for the same app in the web ui. It will be great if someone can look and fix this on priority - its directly impacting my Apps conversion.
official The official mentioned that web browsers are mainly used. In addition, the official documents have been updated recently, and the program may need to be adjusted.
Hi there! Do you have screenshots and convo IDs (not share links, but the actual link of the convo when you open it in ChatGPT web) you can share? If you can DM that and your account ID to me, this will be the fastest way for us to diagnose.

Thanks for responding. It is working again. I didn’t save the screenshot yesterday and the chat has PII so cannot safely share. However, will keep that in mind and collect the data in a better way if I see the issue next time. Thanks for the help!

We’re experiencing this problem too.
Here are screenshots from Android app version 1.2026.202 published on July 23rd using Louis Vuitton, AllTrails and Booking plugins. None rendered any view in conversion (but they do on desktop web app).

We are also experiencing this problem.
The app works perfectly fine inside the web browser, but does not render in mobile clients.
