Why the subtle and treacherous DISCRIMINATION between free and paid subscribers?

For the past 3 weeks, I am encountering [documented] discrimination between free and paid subscribers … itțs subtle and treacherous - I can always log in from my mobile device but once I pass to my personal laptop (Windows) - I ALWAYS RECEIVE THE SAME endearing, mechanical and innocent MESSAGE = “Oops! Our systems are a bit busy at the moment, please take a break and try again soon.” - maybe it’s because of the hot weather … not enough green energy produced on the hottest days, or … JUST EVERYONE ON THE GLOBE IS WORKING WITH CHATGPT IN THE SUMMER??

Or, basically, there is an ongoing “GENTRIFICATION” of the Chat GPT (of course - the initial plan)?
