my chatgpt keeps on refreshing and it’s not stopping, it keeps rederecting me to something and in the url it says chagpt . com/?refresh_account=true How can i fix this bug??
Hey @Sava1, that’s definitely odd. ChatGPT shouldn’t get stuck in an endless refresh loop.
When you get a sec, try a quick refresh or just start a brand new chat. If it’s still doing it, opening it in an incognito/private window usually helps, or trying from another device/browser. Also worth clearing cache/cookies and temporarily turning off any extensions (especially privacy/security ones). If you’re on a VPN or something like Web Protect/secure DNS, try disabling that too. And if you can, switching networks (wifi vs mobile data) to see if the behavior changes
