I have a purchase plan of GPT-4 at $20/month. I am also able to use GPT-4 Turbo, but I am not able to go to GPTs Editor. Do I have any other plans for it?

OpenAI is still rolling out the feature to build and access GPTs to groups of Plus accounts at a time.
So whether you are new or a plugin developer with a plus account since February, the distribution of access seems random.
help.openai.com guidance said within the week, but the reason for the slow rollout is likely to allow time to discover any problems before they affect everyone.
