mine says due to network constraints. I believe mt Ip throttles it when I’m running scripts of any size.

And why you think it is saying something wrong? When you will ask GPT to OCR the image from available url it will say so. When you will ask them to summerize my website it will say so. If you tell him listen youtube video and give me transcript it will say so. Allowing function call facility doesnt mean it has full access to internet and it can behave like curl or headless browser.

It is hard to explain, there are many reason behind it not to fetch resource, prime reason is blacklisting ip, latenceny etc.
