The connectors I previously created have all disappeared, I didn’t delete them myself. Why are the connectors for OAuth and no Authentication missing?
And after I recreated it, there was no error message prompted, and the apps and connections did not display my newly created MCP.

This happened to me too today, and I can’t seem to add them back.
I can see ChatGPT making a request to my MCP server, but then it just stops with no error message.
I’m Also facing this issue. Is there any update?
I got this issue yesterday two times, at first it fixed about an hour and I got multiple duplicated conectors on the list, because I tried to add them while it was not showing anything, cleaned it up and I was happy that is working again, but after couple of hours it broke again. Left it overnight but today it is still broken.

Using ngrok to connect the MCP server running locally. Was working till yesterday.
Issue seems to be resolved. I am now able to connect my MCP server.
