While trying to create Custom GPT, I can not upload any files, but I can during a normal chat

I’m currently developing a Custom GPT and am using an 80 MB file for its memory. However, every time I attempt to upload it, it displays an error message stating, “Unknown error occurred.”

I suspected this issue may be related to the file itself, however, I’ve successfully uploaded the same file in a regular chat conversation. Therefore, I’m at a loss for what could be causing the problem. Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?
