मैं एक ChatGPT Plus ग्राहक हूँ और Vivo V2303 (Android 14) डिवाइस पर ऐप का उपयोग कर रहा हूँ। हाल ही में, जब भी मैं ChatGPT द्वारा उत्पन्न किसी भी फ़ाइल (PDF, दस्तावेज़, लिंक) को डाउनलोड करने का प्रयास करता हूँ, तो “Not Found” या “Download failed” संदेश प्राप्त होता है। मैंने ऐप को पुनः इंस्टॉल किया है और पासवर्ड भी रीसेट किया है, लेकिन समस्या बनी हुई है।

Subject: Issue with File Download on ChatGPT App (Android)
Dear OpenAI Support Team,
I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber and currently using the app on a Vivo V2303 device (Android 14). Recently, I have been facing an issue while trying to download any file (PDF, document, or link) generated by ChatGPT through the app. Every time I attempt to download a file, I receive an error message stating either “Not Found” or “Download failed.”
I have already reinstalled the app and reset my password, but the issue persists.
Kindly assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest.
