The thing (with the limited memory space) is: occasionally u need to kick out old memories to replace them with new more-suitable-for-ur-current-needs ones. the problem is that the memory descriptions r not very detailed at times and u r unsure if u want to kick them out because the description - but u never can be truely sure if its just a very short way chatgpt labeled it or if its actually an irrelevant short memeory that can be kicked out - and there is hardly a way to trace it back to the original memory tab to double check if its in fact some big important entry u made back in the day (and cant recall) or if its just a “noise” memory that u should probably remove to make space for the new stuff.
