When can we access GPT-5 with API? (2 questions: when it's live, and will we access automatically)

Hi! Pretty sure we don’t have the release exact day for GPT-5, but wondering if :
1- anyone know about the week or month of predicted release,
2- If we have the GPT-4 API, will we have automatically access to the GPT-5 API?

I don’t think there has been a specific announcement or even a mention of GPT-5, let alone prediction about a release date. In terms of access, I think when it happens, the process might be similar to that of GPT-4
