What's wrong with help center. Just give GPT-4

On July 6, 2023, we gave access to the GPT-4 API (8k) to all API users who have made a successful payment of $1 or more. We plan to open up access to all developers soon, and then start raising rate-limits after that depending on compute availability.

We are not currently granting access to GPT-4-32K API, but it will be made available at a later date.
For API accounts created after August 18, 2023, you can get instant access to GPT-4 after purchasing $0.50 worth or more of pre-paid credits. You can read about prepaid billing here.

I pre-paid my account in December 1, 2023 and still I have no access to GPT-4

It’s a blog post You can explain very easily and fully what to do!
Before that, you will have to wait for 2 weeks for the copy-pasted answer of the support, which is of no use

I am sorry to hear that your experience has not been up to your expectations, if you have paid an API bill prior to July 6th, then you should of been granted GPT-4 access, if you did not generate an API bill prior to that date then generation of an API bill >$1 should activate GPT-4 access.

Additionally, if GPT-4 access is urgent, you can create a second account and prepay the minimum $5 amount and receive GPT-4 access that way, providing that the phone number associated with the account is not already tied to another account.

Unfortunately, the developer forum cannot expedite or otherwise influence the account status of members.

Deleting an account will make the phone number forever unusable for new accounts.

If it is a high-value account, I would create a new API key and delete all the keys, and set to a unique offline password recorded securely to put it into stasis. You’ll not get the value of having a post-paid monthly account back with the new system.
