I am ChatGPT Plus user and i get “The message you submitted was too long, please reload the conversation and submit something shorter” message when i asked it to summarize 2300 words length article. What’s the token limit for GPT-4 now?

What's the GPT-4 token limit right now?

The limit is supposed to be 8K according to the OpenAI documentation, but if I submit a 4K token long prompt in the chat, I get the same error. ???
