I am making a chat bot for a company that sells mobile and Internet services.
In addition to the client’s question, I put information about the tariffs in the request. This information is provided in this form:
Blah, blah, blah... 3. Mobile Internet: - Traffic volume at maximum speed: 50 GB. - Amount of SMS to all cellular phones in home region: 500 SMS. - Cost of incoming MMS: from numbers of home region - free of charge. 4. Recommended equipment: - Wi-Fi Routers: - FTTx router with WI-FI option over 100 mb (Medium): - Internet speed: up to 1 Gbps. - Number of connecting devices: 16. - Rent by action: 100 yen/month, rent: 240 yen/month, 24-month installment transfer: 395 yen/month, 12-month installment transfer: 690 yen/month, sale: 5900 yen - FTTx router with WI-FI option up to 100 mb (Low): - Internet speed: up to 100Mbps. - Number of connecting devices: 16. - Rent: 75 yen/month, stock rent: yen/month, sale: from 2300 yen. Blah, blah, blah.
(this structure was formed by ChatGPT by the way)
It works, but not as well as I’d like it to. Sometimes ChatGPT goes crazy and gives you the wrong information.
What’s the best way to structure this kind of information?
I know it’s better to use `````` or ‘’’ or - - - or even <some tags>, but I don’t know how to apply that in my case. A lot of questions come up. For example, will the GPT get confused if “”" is inside of `` or how to use html tags here and so on.
Please advise me on the best way to provide tariffs information for GPT. Thank you!
I did a search for information based on this example with embeddings: github
