This is the second time my PRO subscription has been cancelled!!! The first time was last month; it was supposed to last until May 5th, but it expired on April 29th!! I PAYED FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION AGAIN, BUT NOT EVEN SIX DAYS HAVE BEEN GOING ON AND IT’S GONE AGAIN. NO EMAIL, NOTHING, THEY JUST TOOK MY SUBSCRIPTION! I WROTE TO SUPPORT LAST TIME, AND NOTHING HAPPENED.
I’LL LOOK FORWARD TO GOING TO A COMPETITOR. EVEN THOUGH I’VE ALWAYS USED CODEX AND CHATGPT EXCLUSIVELY.

Hopefully they can trace what happened pretty quickly from there.
