What qualifies as "Tweet generation"?

I was hoping to use OpenAI’s text-generation capabilities for a Twitter account, but came across some wording in the usage guidelines that made it sound like such usage would be disallowed:

  • All applications that involve social media must require a human to manually review and post the content. No automated or scheduled posting.
  • Tweet generation and Instagram post generation are disallowed.

What qualifies as “Tweet generation”? My initial assumption was that the “Tweet generation is disallowed” rule was intended to prevent situations like Microsoft’s Tay. The use case I have in mind would involve manual review/curation, as required by the first point. I have seen many instances of people on Twitter posting output from OpenAI text generation models as screenshots from the OpenAI interface. Are these considered OK because they are clearly AI-generated and/or intended for comedic purposes?

Thanks!
