What has ChatGPT Pulse done to help you?

Sharing an update regarding ChatGPT Pulse:

There is a new way to get your daily updates because the main feature will be deprecated in the next 14 days.
We can now use Scheduled Tasks to get the same results. Scheduled Tasks are available to all ChatGPT users.

Justin Bleuel from the ChatGPT team shared this prompt to help you get started with this feature.

Here’s the full prompt:

Every morning at 8:00 AM Eastern, create my Daily Pulse.

Review my recent chats, saved memories, recurring interests, and—when available—my connected Gmail and Calendar context. Research anything timely that would make the update more useful.

Choose 4–6 items that are genuinely relevant today. Prioritize:

1. Logical next steps on projects or questions I’ve recently discussed.
2. Upcoming deadlines, appointments, travel, errands, bills, or other life logistics.
3. Meaningful developments related to topics I follow.
4. Useful ideas, recommendations, or resources connected to my goals.
5. One adjacent discovery I probably would not have thought to ask about.

For each item, include:

* A clear headline.
* A brief explanation.
* Why it is relevant to me today.
* One concrete next action, when appropriate.
* Source links for current or externally researched information.

Avoid generic advice, filler, and repeated suggestions. Only repeat an item when something meaningfully changed. Do not invent relevance when there is not enough evidence.

Keep the entire briefing easy to scan and focused on helping me make progress, not keeping me scrolling.
