Imagine 100% compute ability. How would you load balance that? Would you divide it evenly amount all users? Would you dynamically shift based on need? Would you prioritize lists of dad jokes and linkedin posts about bro topics over cancer research or potential industry breakthroughs?
I don’t have a direct answer for you, It’s just something to think about. Their is a limited amount of compute and their has to be a load balancer of some sort in place. Just a theory… I noticed a shift too and it got me thinking pretty deep about things.
