I cannot find Plugins section under Chat GPT 4 tab at the top and cannot access to Plugins market. Suddenly my Plugin activation radio button turned off and I cannot turned back on, it always shows an error. Please check the screenshot.

They killed them. They are moving to “actions” but not a lot of information is available. So many questions such as can we continue to develop actions on localhost, etc.

Interesting. Mine continue to fail with cannot find manifest errors and a 400 error in the console when trying to use a plugin via localhost.

Consider: Using vs developing may be two different things if ChatGPT plugins are being retired rather swiftly. Prevent you from wasting your time?

Exactly the issue I am seeing. If I do a refresh cmd+r on mac, the plugin disappears from the available list.

@Hackan could you attach the [“Bugs”](https://community.openai.com/t/about-the-chatgpt-bugs-category/206912) category to that, as this is undoubtedly a bug in [chat.openai.com](http://chat.openai.com). Not quite sure whether that’s possible - somebody also recommended me to post such things to [Bugs - OpenAI Developer Forum](https://community.openai.com/c/chatgpt/bugs/23) . Thanks so much!

(For the record - I currently also cannot develop my plugin because of the same error.)

I have the same problem! I used my plugin locally.
used: “Develop your own plugin” point it to localhost:3334
this worked for months, and as of this week, I see:

`Plugin for id complete-manifest-d626aae9-37e9-4e2f-99d7-3419d82fad05 not found`

I removed and added it a few times. It seems to ‘install’ ok. ie find and parses the manifest, picks up the name, etc.
but when it tries to use it, I get the error above.

any idea how to resolve this?

Tried ngrok with their pay as you go plan. Plugin installed and looked like it was going to work but unfortunately ended up with Plugin is unreachable error. The URLs updated to the ngrok public URL.

EDIT! Finally have access to GPTs / actions and working correctly! Requires the new GPTs.

I also see that HTTP 400 to [https://chat.openai.com/backend-api/conversation](https://chat.openai.com/backend-api/conversation) when trying local development ☹ .
I tried posting a [bug report](https://community.openai.com/t/chat-openai-com-bug-local-plugin-development-does-not-work-anymore/486640) in that [forum somebody suggested for bugs](https://community.openai.com/c/chatgpt/bugs/23) . Perhaps that helps. Not sure what’s their regular bug report process. Do they have an official tool for that?

It’s been 3 weeks now, and it’s still not working. ☹ I’m starting to wonder whether OpenAI wants to fix this at all, or really wants us to move to GPTs, though they don’t work with local http URLs either. Or was anybody able to do any local plugin development at all?
