Hello, I have worked with openai models since long before the first chatgpt came out. I have been a paying user since it came out. As I registered in Europe I don’t have access to advanced voice mode. What determines what region I count as being in. Is it where my app store is registered? Is it where my credit card is from? Is it my ip address. Please be transparent about this.
