I passed Persona verification, but was unable to get approved for TAC - can you please look into support case: 12850020.
oh i thought i am alone facing this
currently i achieved top #1 at uber for 2026 and still be denied for this
in same time many people that didn’t achieved anything have it approved and its totally unfair

I tried contacting support and provided evidence that I am an eligible security researcher on HackerOne. I also completed the HackerOne verification form, but unfortunately, support has not been able to help resolve the issue.
I have extensive security experience and I am able to provide any additional information or evidence if needed. The problem is that some of my colleagues on HackerOne are facing the same issue as well, which suggests that there may be a broader problem with OpenAI’s verification process for security researchers.
I believe OpenAI should look into this, especially because reliable access is important for people who use these tools professionally. Some researchers may have cancelled other subscriptions and moved their workflow entirely to OpenAI, so suddenly losing access to cybersecurity-related capabilities can have a significant impact.
This is particularly difficult for people who work full-time in bug bounty and depend on these tools as part of their daily security research.
