Yes. I am similarly experienced the problem accessing ChatGPT since last 2-3 hours today Bangkok time Dec 12 (Thursday) 7.30am - until now 9.55am.
Could not able to login. Getting this message: {âerrorâ:{âcodeâ:503,âmessageâ:âService Unavailable.â,âparamâ:null,âtypeâ:âcf_service_unavailableâ}}
Their authentication server may not be back yet, hence, many users still wonât be able to log into their accounts.
Trying with Chrome and Firefox in Ubuntu.
Edit: Itâs working!!! 
still canât access it, it doesnât let me sign in. writes that there is error 503
nevermind it started working
Personally, I use the web page, itâs easier because I have multiple accounts.
