First issue, can anyone tell me where else there is an option to contact support via chat or e-mail? help.openai.com and the chat assistant does not list any option, like the help page describes it would.
The actual issue is on select prompts, where I am unable to edit the prompt.
It seems to happen on prompts that get turned into images (inside the interface), such as pasting data cells from Excel into the message prompt.
