I have recently encountered an issue where I am unable to use the web-based chat service when connecting through Proton VPN. I prioritize using a VPN for my security, and as a paid user, it is extremely challenging to have to compromise this security in order to access the OpenAI services I have paid for.
Since a day or two ago, I have been repeatedly asked to verify if I am a bot or not, which is counterproductive. I have tried finding a way to contact OpenAI support, but the options seem deeply hidden within the website, and I have been unable to raise a support ticket.
If this issue cannot be resolved directly, could you please forward my request to the appropriate team? I would appreciate any assistance on this matter.
