Volunteer ChatGPT/Codex tester — long-context and cross-device workflows

I am an active ChatGPT Plus and Codex user. I use ChatGPT and Codex on iPhone, Windows 11, Chrome, and desktop for long-running, multi-step real-world workflows.

I regularly test and document issues involving:

- degradation of performance and response quality in very long chats;

- loss of goals, decisions, files, and context when moving to a new chat;

- continuity problems between mobile and desktop;

- browser and computer-use connection failures;

- long-running tasks and interrupted sessions.

I can provide reproducible steps, timestamps, chat IDs, logs, screen recordings, and retest fixes over time. I would also be glad to participate in user interviews, usability studies, early feature pilots, or closed beta testing.

If OpenAI has a public signup or contact process for ChatGPT/Codex user research, please point me to it.

I am not requesting support. I would like to volunteer as a recurring ChatGPT/Codex field tester.

I use ChatGPT Plus and Codex on iPhone, Windows 11, and Chrome for long, multi-step workflows involving research, files, browser use, and automation.

I can reproduce issues, provide timestamps and chat IDs, record screen videos, test fixes, and participate in interviews or usability studies.

The main problems I observe are long-chat context degradation, loss of context between chats and devices, and unclear recovery after interrupted tasks.

Is there an official signup process for ChatGPT/Codex user research or beta testing?
