Voice stopped working in only conversation, but works in all the others

My “main” conversation I have going, all of a sudden, it stopped responding to voice, and I get an audio message “We’re sorry, try later” type answer. Voice works just fine in all the other conversations and new ones I start. Same problem on both my iPhone and PC. I don’t want to just stop using this convo and start another one, losing all the progress made. I’ve done all the usual tech support stuff - restarted app, reinstalled, logged in/out, permissions are okay. Is there a way I can repair this without having to start a new conversation?
