Voice Selection is broken

When klicking on the ear speaker symbol int he ChatGPT app, the display is flickering, on top it’s written “Voice Selection (Stimme auswählen)” and there is a botton “confirm (Bestätigen)”… I can’t press this botton and the Display continue to flicker before the app crashes.

Any Solution ideas?

Which app are you using—Android, iPhone, or Mac/Desktop?

If it’s not too much trouble, you might try reinstalling the app.

It works fine on my device with the app.

I can only suggest to contact help.openai.com for further advice.

I’m too i just install app yesterday and voice feature not working

I could fix that here’s procedure might someone else have same issue.

  • i had app before installed and after i remove it.
  • yesterday i install it, was surprised that don’t show login connected me to account without login.
  • so i tought may need to clear data/cache in phone settings/app then i reopened shows the login screen, after i logged in i try speech voice and it worked
