I’m experiencing an issue with the ChatGPT web application where the voice interaction feature is not available. Despite following several troubleshooting steps, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Here’s what I have done so far:
- Ensured my browser (Chrome) is up-to-date.
- Checked and enabled microphone permissions for
https://chat.openai.com/. - Cleared browser cache and cookies.
- Tested the microphone on other websites to confirm it is working.
- Disabled all browser extensions.
- Tried accessing ChatGPT in incognito mode.
- Tried using different browsers and devices.
Does anyone have this problem? How to fix this?
