I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber using the latest iOS version of the ChatGPT app. I can see the “Voice Conversation” option in the menu, but it is greyed out and cannot be selected.
Here are the details of my setup:

Subscription: ChatGPT Plus

Platform: iOS app (latest version, no updates available)

Model: Tried with GPT-4o and GPT-5 modes

Permissions: Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled in iOS settings
Despite this, the Voice Conversation feature is still disabled for my account. I contacted support via the Help Center, and they confirmed my request has been noted, but also mentioned there is no ticket system to track this.
Could you please confirm if the feature is still rolling out in batches, or if there’s anything else I should do on my side to enable it?
