I’m having an issue with ChatGPT Voice in my browser that started after I upgraded my account to ChatGPT Plus.
Before upgrading, while I was on the Free plan, Voice worked normally. I could speak to ChatGPT and hear its voice responses without any problems.
However, after upgrading to ChatGPT Plus, I can still speak to ChatGPT and it appears to hear and transcribe me correctly, but I cannot hear ChatGPT’s voice responses in the affected voice conversation.
The important detail is that this problem only started after I upgraded from the Free plan to Plus. Voice audio was working normally on the Free plan before the upgrade.
I’ve tried restarting the voice interaction, but the problem persists.
Could you please check whether there is an issue with Voice on my account or something related to the Plus upgrade?
