Visual table rendering and file download broken in ChatGPT Plus for multiple days

Hello,

I’m a Plus user and for the past several days I’ve been unable to generate or download visual tables in ChatGPT — even basic CSV/Excel tables fail with backend errors.

  • Rendering visual tables (display_dataframe_to_user)
  • Saving downloadable .csv or .xlsx files

I get repeated internal backend errors like:

AceInternalException / AceConnectionException
Error checking file: Internal Server Error

This completely breaks workflows for finance, tax, and structured data use cases — a major reason for using ChatGPT Plus in the first place.

I’ve tested across multiple browsers and accounts. Problem persists.

Please escalate and give us an update or workaround.
