- GPT (old): I’m GPT-5.3
- Me: Opening new chat window (prompt)
- Me: “What version are you”
- GPT (new): I’m GPT-5.2
Long way to go.
Appendix: Similarly, you ask the model what time it is. It gives you the wrong time. If people are supposed to use it, then the basic functions should work properly.
