I created an account prior to test things before creating our business account. Verification worked this morning. Now that I’m creating the production account, the “verify organization” steps were done, but it’s not unlocking things for me.

Thank you for responding. Is there a way to reset it so that I can have a different team member perform the validation with their ID? I cant wait 90 days.
The restriction is based on the identity of a person as you can read there. If you have submitted yourself to withpersona for ingestion into their identity-collection scheme, you cannot use your own ID again for 90 more days for another validation attempt.
What you can do is have someone else create an OpenAI account with their full matching credentials as their ID would have, and then invite them as “owner” role to your organization. To then select your organization and verify it, and have their government identity collected along with a live stream of video images also.

Also, you will see that with being able to “invite” others as owner, and then that owner being able to remove previous owners, you will be able to move organizations between accounts, perhaps associating the verified organization ID with the destination users and the login desired. You can even take all the organization IDs and leave an account with none and need to request another be manually recreated - an odd system.
