I am trying to verify organization and the generated persona link is already broken. It just tried to take me to here: inquiry.withpersona.com/verify?inquiry-id=undefined
and all I see is session expired screen at the withpersona side.. undefined sessions can expire? Like it doesn’t even show me a proper error message? Like how did you manage to get a contract with openai? My frustration has many questions.
I am having the same problem. I’ve been trying to get setup with the API since yesterday and cannot get past this step. Same error here. It’s completely broken.
This is especially frustrating since I already paid for API credits that I cannot use (at least not for streaming chat, which is what I’m trying to set up right now).
Ok I got it to work somehow. I had been logging out and back in, trying incognito windows, disabling all browser extensions. I tried signing myself out of all devices from the OpenAI platform dashboard, cleared all of my browser data (cache / everything) for the last 24 hours, logged back in one more time, and then it actually worked. I tried so many times! I don’t know if it’s randomly broken or one of those steps actually fixed it.
Bumping this for attention.
This is the exact same issue I’m having - undefined key in the persona link. I’ve also tried incognito windows, adding a new admin, log out/in, waiting for hours - no luck, it’s still “undefined” every time.
