Verification Codes and Non Access to Account

For the past 6 days I have been trying to get a Verification Code to my long time account at analysisplus@outlook.com. For 6 days I have had nothing but platitudes from support@openai.com

They have even stopped responding to me on the same email account, so I switched to another email account to continue the this farce.

I have posted on X and LinkedIn about the appalling support from OpenAI and even directly to Altman, but nothing happens.

The only sentence I have any resonance with is this “your case has already been prioritized and escalated to a support specialist for direct review due to the unique issue…”

That message was sent three days ago and still nothing.

Having similar issues. I get verification emails but way too late (hours later, but no more than one per day). I’ve gotten a response from support, but giving the same suggestions that I’ve already tried (multiple times).
