Error: Vector store with id ['<vector store ID>'] not found

I have been running into the above attached error for quite some time now. Initially, it was once in a blue moon. But now over time, the frequency has started to increase.
I have been following the standard steps to use the vector store service i.e create a vector store, upload a file to the OpenAI storage, and then attach it to a vector store (AKA vector store file creation).
This is genuinely a very concerning error since my pipeline heavily depends on OpenAI ecosystem. Not providing timely fix in such services will force me to look for other providers or simply manage my own RAG pipeline.
