I’d like to suggest a UX improvement for ChatGPT regarding the organization of conversations. Currently, interactions are listed in a continuous manner without clear segmentation, which can make it challenging for users managing multiple projects or topics to navigate efficiently.

My suggestion is to implement a board or folder system that allows users to organize conversations into specific categories. For example:

  • John Board

    • Conversation 1
    • Conversation 2
    • Conversation 3

  • Harry Board

    • Conversation 1
    • Conversation 2
    • Conversation 3

Benefits of this improvement:

  1. Contextual organization: Helps users group related conversations for easier navigation.
  2. Productivity boost: Reduces time spent searching for specific information.
  3. Scalability: Accommodates users with a high volume of interactions or multiple concurrent projects.
