Usage Tier Upgrade Bug. Disappointing Support

Hey, I contacted OpenAI support last week and multiple times since then, but I haven’t received any help. My current issue is that I’ve spent over $50 on my API key, and my first payment was on September 20th, so I meet the criteria for Usage Tier 2. However, I haven’t received the upgrade that I urgently need. I need Usage Tier 2 for my Clay workflow to run, but support hasn’t been helpful at all.

Can somebody help or has an idea what I can do about this situation?

Check if it just works. When I went up a tier it didn’t display the changes right away but I got the advantages of the higher tier.

also, keep in mind it says 7+ days since first successful payment

Yeah couldn’t upload the screenshot of the Payment history but first payment was on 20.09.2024
